At Comfiknit, we have entrusted Spaceship with the responsibility of delivering our products to you in the US and overseas. This partnership ensures that your orders reach you swiftly and securely, reflecting our commitment to an exceptional customer experience.

 

Shipping Fee Details

To make your shopping experience with us even more rewarding, we offer complimentary shipping on orders that exceed USD 89. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of USD 12-15 is applicable per order. This policy is designed to provide you with quality service while also valuing your purchase.


Processing Duration

We strive to process your orders with efficiency and care. The processing time for orders typically ranges between 1 to 3 business days.  

 

Timeline for Shipping

Once processed, the delivery of your order generally takes 7-12 business days (it maybe varied during peak logistics season). This timeframe is estimated, considering the efficiency and reliability of Spaceship. Please be aware that this duration may also vary slightly based on factors such as location, weather conditions, and local postal service efficiency.

 

For Loss / Damaged / Stolen Products

Loss Item: Loss itmes refers to the situation where a package goes missing during transit or when an item shipped inside the package is missing upon delivery. To initiate the refund / redelivery, please send an email to us at info@comfiknit.com with the loss verification (e.g. photographs of the loss items, packaging, and/or containers), within 10 days from the date of delivery. 


Damaged Item: For all damaged items when received from the delivery, please refer to our return policy to initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.


Stolen Item: Stolen items refer to the mysterious disappearance of packages from a porch or exterior, which is limited to theft of packages from residential locations after they have been dropped off. To initiate the refund / redelivery, please send an email to us at info@comfiknit.com with the evidence of the theft (e.g. photographic and video proof) and a police report from your jurisdiction, within 10 days from the date of delivery. 

 

Terms & ConditionsAll returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Comfiknit’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. In some circumstances, we may request that additional information be provided, including personal information, for verification purposes. Comfiknit's practices relating to collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are further detailed in our privacy policy.
